Terms, Conditions & Privacy

Bookings & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure your booking.
• Your place is not confirmed until payment has been received

Cancellations & Transfers

• More than 48 hours' notice: your booking may be transferred to another available date.
• Less than 48 hours' notice: no refund will be given.
• Failure to attend a course without notice will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
• Motorcycle Mastery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to weather, instructor illness, insufficient numbers, or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund.

Rider Responsibilities

• You participate at your own risk.
• Your motorcycle must be safe and suitable for the training being undertaken.
• You must wear appropriate protective riding gear.
• You agree to follow all instructions given by the instructor.
• Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund

Liability

Motorcycle riding involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept those risks. Motorcycle Mastery will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from your participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

Privacy

Motorcycle Mastery collects personal information only for the purposes of course bookings, communication, training records, and legal obligations. Your information will be stored securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary to deliver services on your behalf. By booking or attending a Motorcycle Mastery course, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Ride Forever courses are subject to ACC funding rules and attendance requirements
